I started as a designer. BFA in Web and New Media Design from the Academy of Art University — trained to look at how things work, how they feel, and why one version of something lands and another doesn't. That eye never left. Everything else that followed was built on top of it.

A decade at Apple across the iPod, iPhone, and iPad eras put me inside one of the most product-obsessed companies in the world. I saw what happens when a product earns someone's attention versus when it demands it. That decade shaped how I read a website in about thirty seconds.

The last eight years at The Walt Disney Company moved me into program management and AI — running design operations for a 30-person organization, building systems for how creative work flows, and becoming an AI Champion driving adoption across the company. Design thinking plus systems thinking plus AI fluency is an unusual combination. It's the whole point of what I offer clients.

Most websites don't have a design problem — they have a clarity problem.
The most common issue I find in audits isn't that the site is ugly. It's that it doesn't say what it needs to say, to the right person, at the right moment. Clarity converts. Design supports clarity.

Design and operations are the same discipline with different names.
Running design ops at Disney taught me that how work gets organized determines what the work becomes. A confused intake process produces confused output. The same is true for a website — the structure behind it shapes everything a visitor experiences.

Small businesses deserve the same quality of thinking as large ones.
The gap between what Disney-scale companies invest in their digital presence and what a small business can access is enormous. Closing that gap — with honest, skilled work at a human scale — is the whole point of what I do here.

AI is a tool, not a strategy. Knowing the difference matters.
As an AI Champion at Disney, I've seen what happens when AI adoption is driven by hype versus when it's driven by a real understanding of the work. The same applies to clients — I help identify where AI actually helps and build it in a way that lasts.
