Privacy Statement

Last Updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Wilfredo Valle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website at studiopractice.io (the “Site”) or inquire about our services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement describes our practices in clear language.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you contact us through the website (via contact form or by emailing us), we collect the information you voluntarily share, such as your name, email address, message, and any details about the services you are inquiring about (for example, website audits, design, or pricing).

Beyond the contact form and email, you can also chat with Eve, our website assistant, described just below.

Eve, Our Website Assistant

Our Site offers an optional chat assistant named Eve. Eve is an AI assistant, not a person, and is there to answer questions about the studio and help you get in touch. Using it is entirely up to you.

When you chat with Eve, we store the conversation so we can understand what visitors are asking about and follow up on genuine inquiries. If you choose to share your name and email in the chat, those are included so we can reach you. Conversations are kept for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted.

Eve is powered by Anthropic’s Claude. The messages you send are processed by Anthropic to generate replies, under their own privacy terms. We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and only we review them. Please avoid sharing sensitive information such as passwords or financial details in the chat.

AI-Powered Website Reviews and Deliverables

When you engage us for services such as website audits, design components, mock-ups, or other deliverables, we may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in creating and reviewing your materials.

Our typical process includes:

  • Taking or generating screenshots of your website.
  • Having AI tools (including Grok, Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Kling) analyze those screenshots to provide initial assessments and feedback.
  • Performing A/B comparisons between your current website and proposed mock-up ideas (for comprehensive audits).
  • Manually reviewing the AI output and providing final guidance and edits.

We may store:

  • The website URLs you provide
  • Screenshots and generated mock-ups
  • Analysis results and related project files

These files are stored on our secure servers, hard drives, and cloud storage spaces. Email conversations regarding your project are stored in our email system.

Automatically Collected Information

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site. This collects standard usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and visit duration. This data is anonymized where possible and helps us improve the Site.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to capture recordings and heatmaps of how visitors use the Site. Text you type is hidden, and we use this only to improve the Site.

We may also use essential cookies for basic site functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services
  • Provide website audits, design deliverables, mock-ups, and other agreed-upon work
  • Improve our internal processes and service quality
  • Maintain records of our client projects
  • Comply with legal obligations

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

When we use AI tools to assist with your project, certain inputs (such as screenshots of your publicly accessible website) may be processed by third-party AI providers (Grok/xAI, Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/GPT, Google Gemini, and Kling). These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

We take reasonable steps to limit the amount of identifiable information shared. We do not knowingly use your project data to train external AI models.

Your project files and analysis are kept confidential and are only accessed by us for delivering and managing the service.

Data Retention

We generally retain project-related data (including mock-ups, analyses, and communications) for up to one (1) year after project completion, unless you request deletion earlier or agree to a longer retention period by paying a retention fee.

We may retain data longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information (subject to legal and legitimate business needs)
  • Opt out of marketing communications (we currently do not send unsolicited marketing emails)

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): As a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination when exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email below. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may update this Statement from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
